This policy explains what personal information Mobile Valeting Blueprint collects, why we collect it and what control you have over it.
Information we collect
- Free startup guide requests: your first name, email address, the optional stage you selected, your consent choices and the page or campaign the request came from.
- Course accounts: your name, email address, course progress, quiz results and any data you enter into the calculators and trackers.
- Purchases: a record of what you bought, when, the amount paid and the payment reference, so we can unlock your access and provide receipts and support. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
- Saved tool and action-step data: anything you save in the calculators, trackers, notes and action steps in your account.
- Enquiries: anything you send us by email or through a form on the site, including support requests about a purchase or account access.
How we use it
We use your details to deliver the free startup guide, run your course account, save your progress, respond to enquiries and — where you have agreed — send occasional practical tips and course updates. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Email and unsubscribing
Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails immediately. Essential account emails, such as password resets and email verification, are still sent while you have an account.
Storage and security
Data is stored in our secure hosted database with access restricted to the site administrator. Lead information is never publicly readable. We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email support@mobilevaletingblueprint.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to run the site. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
