Digital products
Everything we sell is digital content supplied online and made available to your account after payment. Nothing is posted or shipped.
Before you buy
Please read the product description, curriculum and FAQs before purchasing so you know exactly what is included. If anything is unclear, contact us first and we will answer before you pay.
Your statutory rights
Your rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy. Where digital content is supplied with immediate access, how the statutory 14-day cancellation period applies depends on the consent and acknowledgement actually collected at checkout. We will not treat your cancellation right as waived unless that express consent and acknowledgement was genuinely given as part of your purchase.
Faulty or inaccessible content
If a purchase does not unlock, a download is broken, or the content supplied is not what was described, contact us and we will put it right — by restoring access, supplying the correct content, or refunding where that is the appropriate remedy.
Refunds and access
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Where a purchase is refunded, the access it unlocked is removed from the account.
